About Us

Vienne Rose is a Dutch business selling women's fashion to customers in the United Kingdom. We are registered in the Netherlands and we run everything from here, from choosing the pieces to answering your emails.

We started because of something small and annoying. You find something you like, you order it, and when it arrives the fit is off, or the fabric feels cheaper than it looked, or it simply does not look like the photo. It happens often enough that most people have stopped expecting anything better. We thought that was a low bar.

So we kept the shop narrow. Women's clothing and accessories, nothing else. We do not make our own garments. We choose them, and the choosing is the part we take seriously. Before a piece goes on the site we look at the cut, the weight of the fabric and how it holds up after a few washes. If we would not keep it in our own wardrobe past one season, it does not go on the site.

The women who shop with us have full days. Work, then dinner with friends, then a weekend that could go in any direction. They do not want a separate outfit for each of those. They want a few things that work across all of them without much thinking.

Our mission

To make buying clothes online feel predictable. That means honest descriptions, sizing information you can actually use, photos that match what arrives, and a return process that does not punish you for changing your mind.

Our vision

We want Vienne Rose to be the shop you come back to without checking anywhere else first, because the last three things you ordered were right. There is no shortcut to that. It is built one order at a time, so that is where we put our attention.
